We offer 2 production methods:

Normal mode:
*Normal printing (laser): Shipping time 10 working days after order confirmation.
*Normal printing (digital): Shipping time of 10 working days after order confirmation.
If your logo is not compatible with laser production, we will use digital printing by default.

Express mode:
*Express printing (laser): Shipping time 24 working hours after order confirmation.
*Express printing (digital): Shipping time of 72 working hours after order confirmation

Confirmation of the order is sent by email to the address indicated by the customer. Shipping is only carried out after order confirmation

Customers can track the status of their order online by logging into their customer account.

We offer standard delivery at the foot of the truck, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
You will then receive an SMS the day before the delivery to give you a 2-hour time slot. On the day of delivery, you'll receive an SMS with a link enabling you to track your delivery driver online in real time.
You can follow the progress of your parcel in real time on the DPD or GLS website.
Be there to receive your order on the agreed day and time! The delivery driver leaves all parcels on your doorstep or at the foot of the building, subject to accessibility.

• Excluding holidays and weekends: Delivery times are given in working days. Public holidays and Sundays are not included in the delivery time.
• Delivery: Delivery is made by an independent carrier. The customer is informed by email of the expected delivery date.
• Surcharge for deliveries on public holidays and at night, 100% of transport with a minimum of >1.00m3 / shipment.
• Second delivery in absence of agreed appointment, same price as first.
